Investor Services
Investor grievances are handled by LIIPL in consultation with the Secretarial department of the
Company. It is ensured that the total process of
settlement of a complaint right from its receipt to
disposal does not exceed 15 days.
Requests for share transfer, sub-division, consolidation and issue of duplicate share certificates and any investor grievances can be addressed to the Registered Office, the Casablanca office of the
Company or the office of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents.
